Table Renting Process
All vendors require to have reservations prior to entering the market. Please call 908.344.5061 for table assignment, and same day reservations.
Reservations
At this time Reservations can be made over the phone. Online Reservations COMING SOON.
Reservations are valid until 8 AM the day of. Vendors who do not arrive by this time, may lose their spot. Management reserves the right to re-rent after 8 AM. We encourage calling us in advance in case of delay.
Announcements - Rain Check Policy
Management will determine cancellations due to inclement weather by no later than 6PM the evening before. Please check our “Announcements” page for the latest information. If you see no announcements, the market is open.
Credit for cancellations by management are redeemable by calling or emailing. Credit based reservations are first come first serve basis and based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reserved table, vendors must email their request to junkdrunkflea@gmail.com minimum 24 hours prior to the day of the event.
Credits will be given in the form of table reservation or any other day selected by the vendor. Credits expire 60 days after issuance.
Credits can only be used for new bookings on future dates.
Parking for Vendors
Vendors who purchased 2 or more tables may park their vehicles behind their tables parallel with the tables in a manner not to obstruct other vendors or the flow of traffic.
Single table rentals do not come with parking space at the table.

At Phillips Flea, our goal is to create a welcoming destination for vintage finds, antiques, collectibles, handmade goods, and unique treasures. To help us maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for both vendors and visitors, we ask everyone to follow a few important rules.

By reserving or using a vendor space at Phillips Flea, vendors acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own merchandise, property, vehicles, and personal safety while on market grounds. Phillips Flea, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken items, weather-related damage, accidents, injuries, or incidents involving third parties. Vendors are also responsible for any personal belongings, displays, or inventory left on the premises. Participation in the market constitutes acceptance of these terms and any related market policies or operational guidelines.
